★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've learned (after encountering a "Japanese garden" that was literally just a few rocks) to lower my expectations for these sorts of things. And by those expectations, this garden is actually quite nice. The pond is pretty, with a charming bridge, and the benches looked like a really nice place to sit and relax. Plus the signs were interesting and informative. We enjoyed a brief visit while strolling through the park!
