★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose this store initially because Jason (a co-owner) was incredibly helpful on our first visit when we were actually looking for flooring in Auckland. It then transpired that we required carpet for our house in Papamoa so we had no hesitation returning to see Jason. Jason and his team worked tirelessly to ensure that the flooring was laid at a time that was not only convenient to us, but also to the tradies working on-site. The flooring looks amazing and was laid by very careful, friendly and professional installers. I couldn't rate this store highly enough and encourage anyone looking for for new or replacement flooring, to not make any decision until at least talking with this store first.

I sent a request off in the morning and on the same day at 9.30am we met up at my daughter in laws house for a measure and quote. And all the information and help that was needed. It was so easy, the samples you bought round were spot on. Next week the carpet will be fitted. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with you and your team. I would highly recommend choices flooring to everyone.

You listened to what we were looking for instead of trying to talk us into the current trend. It was great to have such large samples to take home, and having Raewyn's opinion on our chosen product at our house was reassuring. Jason organized two fabulous carpet layers he was confident could do a good job of laying the carpet, which wasn't easy being a patterned wool carpet.
