Burger King Fraser Cove - Fraser Cove

I love the mystery of not known what is going to be missing from my order when I get home... This is the 3rd time now things have been missing from my order... It doesn't take a rocket surgeon to check the contents of the bag matches what was ordered before handing it to the customer.

Disgusting! Just went through drive-through to get my lunch to find 3 hairs in my burger when I got home! Never buying from there ever again?

Had this by uba eats order was cold was missing stuff and when rung up about this was made out to be a lier.havnt been back never will go back very poor service and not the first time from this store

Been a hand full of times and the service has been quick and efficient. The quality was not consistent enough all the times I've been and on the odd occasion missing some of the order. 3 stars.

I haven't had the best of luck with BK in the past. Today the place was busy. My order was 20143 at 6.48. The drive thru was out into the carpark. There was a line of uber drivers waiting inside. Took 10-15 mins to get our order. But Food was hot and well made. Top effort from the staff that evening.

It's cold and raining hard. I'm hungry. I feel like a quick hot lunch. BK is close. I pull up. I notice - Staff (in BK uniform on their break I guess) outside, sheltering from the rain, sitting on the ground leaning on the building (on damp dirty cobble stones), smoking and on their phones. Hey...they're young. Hmmmm...maybe they have nowhere else to go?? I order. Given my cup. Drinks dispenser dispenses mostly water. I can see clear water and a bit of coke coloured flavoring coming out. Tip it out. Try again. Same thing. Try again. I did this several times. Am I doing something wrong? Read the instructions again. Is the machine faulty? Ended up with flat watery raspberry. Hmmmmm. While I wait I look around. The place is filthy actually. Food and rubbish on the floor. Food and rubbish on several tables. The second till/serving area is covered old till receipts and printouts of some sort - in a pile flowing out onto the top the counter. Maybe they only use that till area for cashing up? It looks like no one seems to care that they are piled up there. Hmmmm ...am I starting to regret this? Food arrives. I sit at a small booth by the window. I have to open and rearrange my burger to make it manageable/edible...it really was "thrown together"! The table was grimey - needed a good wipe. The windows were dirty - covered in greasy finger prints and swipes. (Not enough staff, due to Covid? to roster all the jobs properly?) But...I'm very hungry by then and not planning on staying long. So... my rearranged burger was ordinary...but at least the chips were hot! No salt on the cips. Is that a new (health?) thing? No salt? Then the Deal breaker - I can't help but hear a person fortunately sitting behind me - 2 booths away - in the end booth - clearly VERY UNWELL!!. Loudly : Dreadful coughing, dragging snot mucus back and sniffing. Dreadful coughing, dragging snot mucus back and sniffing. Constantly. I feel nauseated. I'm thinking COVID. I'm outa there. Grab my tray to chuck it on the way out. I can't even look at this person in the end booth so I don't know if this person was a member of the public or staff. Tip my tray. Bin is full to overflowing. No surprises there! I have to push on the door to get out...the door and big door handles are grimey dirty. Definitely not clean or been cleaned in a long time. Get in my car. Shudder. Sanitise my hands. Horrible experience. Feel queasy. If BK haven't got or can't get enough staff (because of Covid?) to keep the premises "fit for purpose" then BK further up the chain of command - Management - need to know! Your reputation is at stake here!! Is there no Team Leader there? That's what it looked/felt like. Are these 'kids' (very young staff) just churning out burgers for minimum wage to keep the place open? What made me shudder was - if that's the presentation in the PUBLIC DINING ROOM side...what is the kitchen side like? The part we - the public - can't see? I may be wrong. And please reassure me if I am. I won't go back.

WOW. Clearly the BK Team Members here don't know how to clean tables. 16 tables and 11 of them with leftovers on them. Would I recommend stopping in for a Whopper? Thats a Whoopping huge NO!

We are not happy customers. We bought burnt double Whopper burgers which were really disgusting. They are expensive enough without having to deal with that and sometimes unfriendly service at the window. You need people who care about people and give them the service they would like to receive when they are the customer...
