★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless sale just ended on car seats $50 off and staff said well that was last week and would not honor sale i asked whats the best price they could do and they replied well that is the price (full retail) then they mentioned a voucher that would discount $120 off but we needed to bring voucher in (realised we had this at home after they mentioned it) if they would just let it go they would have made a sale we just up and left that was the end of conversation so un professional why even mention any discount if you cant honor it???? Just because you need a piece of paper that says $120 off baby factory has car seats nearly as good for lots cheaper if all businesses can give staff 20% discount im sure the public can get the same discount

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What awesome staff. We went in looking for a few things and our 5 week old son started to get upset. A staff member came over and politely informed us that if we didn't know it they had a babies room in the shop and we were most welcome to use it. Great idea and fantastic staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed - we have shopped at Baby City since our first son was born in 2014. We have spent well over $2,000 on prams, car seats, etc. We purchased a Bumbo baby chair for our second son that is of poor design and construction. Baby City would not even consider a return or store credit. Also called a few weeks ago for a replacement seat cover for a Merino high chair - sales clerk said she would check the warehouse and never called back. Will be taking our business elsewhere. One star to get a post on -really feel it is NO star.

Today was 2nd time we visited Baby city-Tauranga, Both times was good experience for us but today was Exceptional.
