★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have very good food here, their hot pot, the veggie chilli base is amazing. Has such a good flavour, definitely recommend you get the split flavour so you can have the chilli and then the corn is also good.
You use a tablet to order and then the food is very quick to arrive at the table. You make your own sauce which is super fun and there’s plenty to try from. Then grab your cutlery from the sauce trolley, you’ll want some cups and some chopsticks. Grab sauce and chopsticks once you’ve put it your order via the tablet.
They do some very good sweet potato noodles, noodle knots, the meat slices, and the crystal tofu balls (they have fish eggs in) as well as the tofu cubes. They are my favourites, get them every time!!
Food is excellent, tables are pretty clean and tidy, and it’s often quite busy.

I'd gladly come back next time I'm in town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cool dining experience tonight, thank you so much!! The man serving us was so friendly and kind, he made us feel welcome and comfortable, and explained things so well, as we didn't know what to do. He made it such a fun experience for us. Food was all fresh and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this place absolutely disgusting, and when I read other positive reviews I feel like they’ve almost been paid out to write it.
On arrival for our 7:30 booking our table was not ready, we had to wait an extra 10 minutes standing at the top of the entrance as there was nowhere else (group of 4) The place was already packed completely. Once we were seated at our table we had to use our own napkins to wipe it down again because it was that disgusting there were noodles still on the table there was oil/food/grease buildup all over the cooker.
The tables are far far too close to each other I was accidentally bumping elbows with a stranger next to me the whole night.
The food is all frozen, defrosted, disgusting and nowhere near fresh. This place is honestly appalling I don’t know how people could enjoy themselves but everyone for their own.

Their condiments were so good and had a wide range of options! I would like to also say the staff there were incredibly friendly and welcoming! Okay hanks for such a great experience! Will definitely go there again!
