★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissatisfied with this service. After a couple of months the computer Capital Computer Services sold me stopped working. On opening the back my tech man discovered the computer was water damaged and irrecoverable. They refused to give me a refund and said they would only exchange it. After 2 weeks of sending my lemon back I finally have a replacement. The most disappointing thing was the lack of acknowledgment of their mistake. Instead I got argumentative rude emails asserting that their service is merely to buy and sell on computers and it is not their job to open the back up to check if water damaged. They told me I should not have opened the computer but sent back to them. They kept replying to me to not tell them my rights. If they genuinely did not know it was water damaged then admit you are at fault and refund immediately. I believe they knew it was damaged as my tech man said it was badly repaired with non-electrical tape and incorrect screws. Steer clear. Photo shows the rust.
