★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They suggested my address was rural, I called their courier company to confirm it's not, and gave them other evidence it was not but they still posted rural which ended up losing my package and losing the tracking number as it switched to rural depot. I tried to get the new tracking number, but they called me unreasonable and blocked me.
