He is a popular children’s entertainer, a published picture book author with London’s TATE Museums,
and the NZ Symphony Orchestra says he is one of the best Master of Ceremonies they have ever worked with.
Over the last 21 years he has performed live concerts for more than 2 million people,
and worked with some of the best loved brands and musicians in Aotearoa and the world.
He has written an album of children’s songs for Plunket New Zealand,
he has performed with Sir Dave Dobbyn and two-time GRAMMY Award winner Kimbra,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son loves dinosaurs and for his 5th birthday party we ask Chris Lam Sam to base his party entertainment around dinosaurs. He did! There was plenty of dinosaur hunting, dinosaur stomping and dinosaur singalongs! The kids loved it and the parents did too. My daughter is turning 5 soon and I'm hoping Chris can do a unicorn/rainbow/paw patrol combination party for us.
I absolutely recommend Chris and would not hesitate to hire him again.

As a musician myself, I appreciate the musical diversity Chris showcases in his songs. They are creative, clever and catchy! Chris’s joyful energy and warm-hearted nature shine through in his live performances. We were fortunate enough to attend a special reunion show of the Funky Monkeys a while back, and we can’t wait to see his solo show too!
