★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a car park, but it would be really good if the garden city could afford modern and light toilets in this cark. They are shameful. Little villages around this country pride themselves in providing lovely amenities yet here in Christchurch they provide an old block with leaves covering the sky light and a single light.
