★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I approached this company twice to get a quote for a replacement heatpump at my property. Both times Citi Heat failed to respond to my 2 emails. I would have thought that a simple email to advise that they may not be interested, would be the courteous way to go. I'm left puzzled as to how they have got reasonably good reviews when their customer service is non-existent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered by a business.
We called and asked for someone to look at our system, they said they would call back in the next few days when they could find a whole in the schedule. They didn't call back. We called back again, again we were told they would call back with a time, they didn't call back. We called back again and left a message. They didn't call back. We called back again a few days later and explained that we had an asthmatic child in the middle of winter and its been 2 1/2 weeks and we still haven't had someone round. They finally agreed to send someone round.
The advised it would require a complete replacement of the heat pump, and sent through the quote. We accepted the quote sent through the money the very next day. We rung to find out an install date the following week, and were told we would get a call back either that afternoon or the early the next morning. We still have not heard back from them about an install date.
