★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to Village Cycles a few times over the years and every time find them completely rude and arrogant. My experience with Tim today especially. Whilst coming in for a bike part he questioned why I didn't look up the part number before coming in. He then huffed and puffed as he looked it up online like it was a massive inconvenience to him. During this time he took two phone calls and dealt with 5 other customers. Leaving me standing there.
There were two other staff members available. From talking with others, seems I'm not the only one having the same experience. Shop somewhere else if you can.

The team were very friendly, helpful, competent and the shop has a great range of products and parts.
