★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered clothes for my partner to have something new to wear at Xmas, ordered november 26th, today is Xmas day and they still haven't arrived, didn't even get tracking details until late December. City chic not worth the waste of time and money wouldn't recommend using them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the clothes here for the chunky girl...BUT why is every shop that I go to A MESS! there is no organization of clothes. So messy, makes my head spin! Customer service ..what customer service? They smile and that's about it! Online, I'm worried I'll get the sizes wrong - but then going into the shop it's not any better! For an iconic brand for bigger girls- they could be doing so much more if they had better staff and clearing up the clutter in store! Manukau, st lukes ..Step it up!!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, loved the hype and the vibe, all the staff make you feel super comfortable. The store itself looks amazing, spacious change rooms with lots of mirrors. Every time I have been in over the years I have left feeling stunning!!! They are hype queens and their customer service needs to be harnessed and spread everywhere!!!!! I don’t know if it’s the South Auckland vibes or because they’re island gals…. But girrrrrrl! City Chic they are doing you a favour. Thank you for making me feel amazing!
