★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cotton on Manukau outlet. Service by the young lady at 2.15 Saturday while very busy was exceptional. I had to wait for my daughter try several outfit on over half an hour and the young lady looking after the changing rooms was so polite to every customer. She kept the space so tidy and clear. Well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff and store are great. Went above and beyond to help find my step daughter's iPhone. So disgusting that some thief took it, ruining her entire holiday experience.
Thankfully the staff were absolutely understanding and searched the change room and took details. I wish more shop employees were as kind hearted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my Go To places for affordable pieces. Has a great selection of hats and shoes, definitely you would find something suitable for most people. The clothing always feels a bit hit and miss with quality and sizing. Just try everything on! Some things you would have bought online look awful on and others you would skip on by, look great. 3.5 stars in my opinion. BTW, canvas shoes in the pic were awesome in summer.
