Submitted membership cancelation form. Rang and checked with staff who confirmed they received application form and will start cancelation process.
Noticed after 10 months, deduction was still being made to their account. Called and they lied that they got no forms. No one taken responsibility of my deductions. Don't know who filled their pockets with that deductions. They said Manager will call but till today no one has been in touch. Everytime you call, they make excuse. Please, I'm making a request to people to monitor their deductions Please. Very unreliable people. I don't recommend this gym to anyone. They are Thiefs....no doubt about this. Talking from experience
