The equipment feels so smooth when using. The whole layout and set up is aesthetically pleasing. Doesn’t get to busy either the times I go which is a bonus! I’m so glad that I changed the flex. Flex palmy even has smoothies that I’m yet to try they look so yum!

The gym is a great set out, never too busy so it's not overwhelming and the equipment is regularly updated to the best on the market. Highly recommend checking it out for yourself!

The gym itself is well kept, great quality equipment which is constantly up-kept, monitored and changed or replaced when needed to meet the highest quality.
Flex Fitness isn’t just a gym its a family, you walk in feeling comfortable, welcomed and reassured.
The owners of the gym are very hands on within the business with is amazing, it creates a feel good atmosphere and shows members or members to be that they care and they are 100% committed to the day to day operation of their gym.
I couldn’t recommend Flex fitness enough! If you are looking for a new gym to call home or wanting to get into the gym, flex fitness Palmerston North is the place to go!
