★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a circus in terms of peoples gym etiquette. In a single gym session I saw the following:
-Out of the 6 people who used the deadlift platform, only one person used them for an exercise where the weights touched the ground. Despite all 4 of the half racks being free for peoples overhead presses and rows.
-A guy wore skin leggings and no shorts. No one wants to see that.
-Guys wearing lifting belts to do 8kg dumbbell curls
-Clips on the Smith machine
-A guy squating 140kgs by using his back as a crane (cranes are strong after all)
-One guy did a 15 minute yoga session warm up on the deadlift platform only to then use the platform to do 60kg squats
-Some guy wearing calf skins for a chest and arms day.
5/7 would lift here again
