★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking not great unless you go on weekend or park at the 2hr free carpark by the riverbank, but the gym is good, got most things that you would expect from a 24/7 gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is one lady in day shift who is really rude and arrogant. Especially if you forget your gym card she will roll her eyes and talk to you in very rude way. I think she needs a proper tranning in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the worst contracts, forcing you to give 4weeks notice when you want to cancel. The web interface is so poor that if you lose your card you can basically never find your account number without visiting in person. I'll tell everyone I know to avoid this gym in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good gym with lots of equipment ranging from free weights to machines. Plenty of classes and break out areas.
There are personal trainers available to guide you through when you start up or to help you on your fitness journey.
The cost is pretty cheap with several options to choose from.
