★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of problems with Jetts, mostly the main office who are guaranteed not to be any help whatsoever. The staff in the branch are fine but clearly quite disenfranchised and for good reason.
Today the one staff member was absent and the main office was aware that the door was not letting members in. No sign on the door and the main office were outraged when I asked what they were doing to fix it!

Being able to go at any time is awesome. It is never busy compared to other gyms and the equipment is well looked after. It is really great in there now they have painted and decorated the inside a bit more too
