★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informed this company 5 times that I have cancelled their direct debit authority, yet they refuse to acknowledge they have received it from me and have basically said they will deal with it when they get around to it. I would be very very careful allowing this company to have direct debit auth over any of your accounts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an newly accessible gym opened to accommodate the growing residential suburb of Wigram/Aidanfield. It is in a spacious factory-style warehouse with plenty of carparks. Gym equipment consists of plenty of StarTrac crosstrainers, exercycles, and treadmills. There are 2 massage chairs and exercise classes for Black members only. Closing time is currently 9pm until end of Jan. It will be a 24/7 gym after they sort out the security system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Special thanks to the male staff who are on duty now at City Fitness Wigram. He is very helpful, very hardworking, and a responsible staff. He remembered my name once I enter the gym. What a wonderful customer services. I can say he is doing very good customer services and he has a very good attitude. Each time when he is in duty, he will make sure the gym well manage without any issues. He remembered many customers not only my name I will say this kind of staff are very valuable. Hopefully city fitness management will noticed that. Thumbs up to the guy although I don't know his name, but he has a bit of white color short hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelled membership but kept billing for months. Made every effort to try figure out what problem was but they were insistent that it was my fault.
If you want to sign up be aware you will have difficulty cancelling, that was my experience at least.
