★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been signed up for almost one year and the staff are very approachable and friendly. equipment is always clean and tidy. I like the circuits they change up weekly as it means less thinking for me. Easy parking and usual peak times I’ve found enough space and equipment to do a decent workout.
