★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If the coffee demon inside you is calling out for a hit, then Clarke Rd Eatery is worth stopping for. Both times i've had coffee, they've been better than average. Can't say anything about the food, but the menu looks pretty good. Gluten free options are limited. The staff were ok, but not super friendly. If you've got toddlers and young children, grab your fluffy's and double hit latte and go out to the back courtyard where the children's play area is and you'll get some peace and quiet. Toilets are clean and better thsn most other cafes. Getting back onto the State Hwy can be a nightmare if you're travelling north, but it's worth escaping the rat race and chilling out here before your entry back into the matrix of Tauranga

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little spot! Awesome for the kids with a little outdoor play area (house/giant connect 4/wheelbarrows). Service is quick and friendly. Food was great too. I had a crispy cauliflower and spiced lentil bowl. Really well situated, surrounded by native trees. Lovely place to just sit for a while.
