β β β β β Yummy food. Coffee was great. Efficient customer service. Friendly staff (loved the use of te reo MΔori to greet the customers).
Very busy place but service was quick. Highly recommend.

β β β β β Went there for lunch yesterday. Our food was great as it normally is there. We received a friendly and professional service by our waitress. Enjoy going there as a treat.

β β β β β Food is always good. Staff members are very rube only at Bethlehem. They should learn some hospitality skill. Rude with Asians but nice with kiwis honestly so unhappy and never gonna come back after todayβs order which i have paid already β¦.. so i have to eat that but useless staffβ¦

β β β β β Another visit, another great meal, just love this place, always have great service and meals here, staff always friendly and helpful. Sad to see it so quiet at lunchtime today but guess it is a sign of the current times we are in.
However I am sure things will be humming again soon.
We will be back again soon ??

β β β β β Ordered two children's fish and chip meals with iced coffees all round for adults. Drinks good, but fish not fresh and overcooked, which made it quite unpalateable. Chips were okay if liked sprinkled with spices, so if not ask for this to be left off. Waitress was very friendly and helpful.

β β β β β I walked in to purchase a coffee at 9am. I was ignored by the staff member olivia who told 'she was busy putting an order through. Simple hospitality rule... greet your customer! First and foremost. Your customers are your wages darling.
"Good Morning, sorry I will be with you in one sec" would have been fine. Not completely ignored, and then salty because I asked to be served. Retrain your staff. The girl who made
coffee was sweet and lovely though

β β β β β A quick mothers day brunch fabulous you can build your own meal from the selection of goodies on the menu...staff are lovely bubbly friendly and helpful...we all had a tasty meal large portions it was hot n delicious we will come again..thankyou..βββββ

β β β β β Good selection of food, comfortable seating. Meals are a wee bit on the pricey side but not expensive.
Service was ok, however it seemed they forgot one of our meals and didn't really apologize after we questioned it and the meal was delivered after the rest of us had finished our food
