Personable and friendly service from the staff who listened effectively. They have a pretty good range of clothes and other items.

Amazing customer service. They were really patient with my 8 year old daughter who tried on sooo many outfits I’d lost count. They even removed one from a manikin for her without complaint. And then when she’d finally found one she liked they gave us a discount ? I’ll definitely be a returning customer and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know.

PLEASE BE AWARE!! Me and my family recently visited this shop to give a few blouses for tailoring. I must be honest and say that turn around times and expected outcomes for this business is absolutely atrocious!! This vendor takes your blouses and gives these to tailors, who are not even contracted to the shop!! On one occasion, me and my mother witnessed this vendor calling one of her friends, who was a tailor, to fix the mess that this so called “Bollywood blouse” designer had done. As expected, this tailor also FAILED to fix this. Although they had taken the measurements, the fitting was so off point. It is beyond me to try to even understand how you could get something so specifically measured wrong!! We had to wait nearly 2 months to get the blouses back after which the first time, was done unsatisfactory and far to big. The second time, within the 2 months, we went in again after many times of us having to call the shop and ask for updates. The lady was absolutely rude and asked me “was there an absolute need for it” and that she is “now giving priority” to customers who gave their Diwali orders. Upon fitting, again, the blouses were done not to the measurements. At this point it was becoming to be a joke to deal with these vendors as they kept trying to justify that they had done it to the measurements, that the mess up was an “easy-fix” repeatedly contradicting themselves, saying they were not the tailors?! We had then asked for a refund of the full cost as we can no longer wear ANY of the blouses. Each saree cost an average of $200 and there were 4 of them. She was very rude and very sarcastic saying that although her tailor is no longer working there, she will still give her a residency? This comment was completely uncalled for, in an attempt to reiterate the power she holds as a vendor. She then proceeded to snarl at me and said “don’t worry, you will get your money back”!! Under consumer law, we are entitled to a repair, refund or replacement, in which any of these rules cannot be manipulated. She was trying to settle for a $90 credit note. We did not accept this as we hair paid more than $300!! We really felt berated at this and felt we were begging for money that we had paid, in expectation of a service that was completed far beyond unsatisfactory. PLEASE BE AWARE AND TRY TO SUPPORT BUSINESS’S WHO TAKE YOUR SERVICE SERIOUSLY. No consumer should ever have to walk out of the shop with a service being paid for and this not being met, as well as with their rights being dictated. This shop is severely over priced and it’s absolutely disgusting how the vendor had handled this matter. I have written a formal complaint to the commerce commission and await their outcome.

Very poor service. You are charged $15 to get your clothes damaged. Do not recommend.
