โ โ โ โ โ We have used Clean Planet for a couple of years and are still very happy with the quality of service they provide.
They are always considerate, and consistent with their work. They communicate well with us - we work from home so often plan our day around them coming.
And they often add little touches that make all the difference - like arranging cushions or making the childrenโs beds with the toys lined up that make us feel like they really care about the job they do.

They use their own formulated environmental cleaning products (which I love), very green, clean and get rid of toxic cleaning in this industry.
I have used their professional carpet cleaning service in all offices and homes in Auckland, very happy and highly recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ Unbeknown to me, the lawn mowing contractor sold his business to Clean Planet.
Clean Planet have emailed twice in as many weeks stating that their invoices were not paid for the last six lawn mowings.
Despite providing bank account evidence that the funds were credited to the previous lawn mowing contractor, i still am getting harassed by this company.
Not a very good start with this new lawn mowing contractor

โ โ โ โ โ Hi i am being with clean planet since 5 years now and they treated me really good and helped me in my business over time to time people like Abhi lal from Auckland he is the best one to deal with everything and he knows what he is doing he is really good at his job, and second one is Mohan singh from wellington very good manager always support you and take everything very nicely.
Cleaning business is not that easy how its sound but itโs about providing good quality work to our clients every single day so if someone want to be successful and achieve big dreams you have to work harder , clean planet will provide you good clients but how we look after clients itโs depend on us , so if someone loose a business its not clean planet fault its depend on franchises who providing services.
If you are hard working they will recognise your potential and let you grow as big you want.
I have full faith and confidence in this company then and other companies out there the day i join this its was my best desions of my life i will like to say big thanks to all clean planet staff who worked hard day and night to make clean planet best cleaning company in nz.

โ โ โ โ โ First time use their service, they sent new market branch cleaner to clean the house, I have paid full payment for full house moving out service, the cleaners have done the clean for the house but left some parts of it unclean, as it is moving out and there is deadline, i had to clean those myself. Later after agent inspect the house and give feedback on the cleaning issues, I called them back and asked for to clean, they said will come but never show up or not pick up my call or mentioned to come back, I email them for my feedback, they just not reply anymore.
I am quite disappointed on their service, their custom service and cleaning service r not professional.
