First of all, I would like to thank the admin team for their efforts to find me, at the last minute, a team of cleaners. Although the cleaning team was inexperienced and did a standard clean, instead of the deep clean I paid for, did not have a clue how to make a bed, left the windows streaky and didn't stop shouting to each other in a foreign language the whole time they they were there, they tried their best and were willing to learn. They did a great job of cleaning the wooden floors.

Paid $260 for a “deep clean” the week before my baby was due. It took 5 hours and when I returned home it was like nothing had been touched since I left. The vacuuming hadn’t been done, the plug hole in the kitchen sink hadn’t even been cleaned, they had “mopped” our bathroom floor but really just shoved everything into a corner and not bothered to actually clean it, the showers and toilets were hardly touched. Basically nothing on the checklist had been done so I am unsure what actually was done during the 5 hours they were in my home for. Upon complaining they took days to respond, and only after hounding them for two weeks with no response did they offer me a $100 refund, which also took two weeks to get. I could’ve done a better job myself, or paid a private cleaner. It wasn’t even worth the $160 i still paid once refunded. Worst service and customer service I’ve ever, ever experienced. Do not recommend.

My apartment and booking needed a bit of common sense for the cleaners to use. They needed to contact the building managers while I was at work, who let them in while I was out at work and then locked up when they finished. I have had cleaners from other companies who were fatally confused at just having to do this. I managed to get most of the stuff in an orderly fashion up off the ground for them to vacuum but for the stuff they had to shift themselves, they didn't make a big deal out of it. All of the surfaces were dusted or washed and cleaned, depending on what they were. The place was lovely and perfectly clean to come back to at the end of the day. Good on them.

I organized a move out clean, some 3-4 months in advance. Literally the day before the clean, they called me and said that the cleaners couldn't come on the Saturday that I had booked, and the earliest they could do was the Tuesday. Luckily we had left some wiggle room in the termination of our lease, but this is unacceptable and I'd advise people to choose cleaners that have more of a guarantee of the date/time - especially for time sensitive cleans like move out cleans.

Avoid this cleaning company! The communication was quick and we’ll managed, but that’s all that was good. We paid $350 for a clean and the workmanship was terrible - the cleaner clearly does not want to do the job. They have a ‘list’ they work too but most of the items on the list was missed - basic areas on there were not even cleaned at all and what was cleaned was poorly done. They came back today to redo it - but all they’ve done is vacuumed half the house and wiped a few surfaces. Don’t waste your money!

I had a shocking experience with Premium Clean. I hired them for an Airbnb clean, The first time my cleaning was scheduled, they had to cancel because someone was sick which is understandable, but also very hard that they canceled an hour before on a weekday. The second time, we had to reschedule several times because they kept forgetting to mention different things, like a surcharge on a holiday (totally fine, just getting annoyed now). Then when it was finally the day they were to come, they call 5 minutes after the cleaner is supposed to be there and tell me he’s at the shop getting supplies and won’t be there for an hour. I turn up in an hour and no one is there still. Call, and “they’re still at the shop and won’t be there for another 30 minutes.” At this point, I have guests checking in at 3pm and I’ve already started the laundry so it will get done on time, so I tell them not to bother. They gave me a 10% discount for the next scheduled clean I have. Great. That guy arrives on time (bravo, you did the most basic thing well). He did a decent job cleaning, but put a duvet in sideways, tore a bit of the underlay on the couch, and didn’t tell me a button had come off the bottom of another duvet. There were a few other things I didn’t notice until he was gone, so it’s on me (kinda), but needless to say, I wasn’t impressed. Probably being nit picky at this point, but I won’t be using their service again.

They have got a great team. Very good at communication and assist with arranging urgent appointment. They appointed Ravi to our order in Wellington and he did a fantastic job for us. We definitely use this business in the future and recommend the Premium Clean to others.

We hired Premium Clean for out end of tenancy clean of our flat (5 bedroom, 2 storey) in Christchurch. Initially we got the standard clean and then added carpet, windows and oven later. They sent one person who was there for only a few hours. When we went to check how it looked when they were finished, we couldn't find evidence that they had cleaned anything at all and because of this, we lost a chunk of our bond for the landlord to hire another cleaner. When we asked for a refund of the standard cleaning cost (which was paid up front) they refused to offer more than $100, meaning we were paying over $350 for no cleaning whatsoever. They then sent us an invoice for the carpet, windows and oven cleaning later (another $450) which was clearly not done. If you are in Christchurch, DO NOT hire premium clean for your end of tenancy clean. Any guarantees they have on their website are a joke, and they will just cause you a tonne of stress.
