I was happy with the quick response from Mark and arranging a vehicle in a days’ notice. Mark gave proper guidance as this was my first-time shifting house. The movers were friendly and planned well before loading the items. The items were well tied and held strong inside the truck. The movers arrived 2 hours later than the said time, that was the only drawback, but Mark offered a compensation of no charge for extra time (if taken) which was very honest and fair. Reliable and safe. Thanks Eco Movers!

The movers, as promised, called us with their ETA, turned up in time and worked throughout the whole process tirelessly and purposefully. Even though it took them far longer than I had anticipated and booked, which was mostly my fault, the movers did not complain or slack. I am delighted with the service received and highly recommend the company to anyone.
