★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review isn't for the treatment as I haven't managed to receive the service yet. I contacted them in December to get some information about their micro-needling treatment. They were very helpful on the phone, asked me what products I use and booked an appointment which was in a few weeks' time as they didn't have a closer date. When I went there, they told me that I should have stopped using Retinol at least 3 days prior to the appointment. I was upset as they hadn't provided this information on the phone. I had stopped using Retinol just because I had finished my retinol but it had only been 2 days. So they told me to come back the next day. I went back the next day and they asked me if I had a consultation session. I told them no, so I had the consultation session and they told me that I should have been using pigmentation serum for at least 2 weeks prior to the treatment, so I had to buy that pigmentation serum, use it for 2 weeks and rebook my appointment in at least 2 weeks' time. Eventually I realised that it was a public holiday, contacted them to change the date but they never answered the phone or gotten in touch with me. I left many messages. So, 2 months passed and I still haven't had any treatment with them. If the beauty place where I used to have skin needling sessions hadn't closed, I would just go there. I've just managed to book online for next week. Let's see how it will go.

I bought a package online of $130, they didn't let me do the laser treatment on 14 OF DECEMBER 2021 as they said their rules changed a week before my session. Then I obviously asked for a refund as no treatment was done, I already contacted them more then 20 TIMES OVER THE PHONE and also emailed their "refund department" SEVERAL TIMES, no replies. Over the phone, they always lie saying that the Manager is not there to solve this issue, so it means this manager (Rene) NEVER WORKS right?? Then after calling 15 times between 14/12 and 21/01 (MORE THAN A MONTH LATER) I finally managed to speak to this Rene, she asked for my details and said was transferring my money back straight away. Today is 28/01 and 7 DAYS LATER no money back. This is SO DISRESPECTFUL, a complete waste of my time as I'm trying to contact them and solve this for 46 DAYS! this is a terrible experience, told this to all my work colleagues from Takapuna area so they are aware and will never book a treatment there. You guys are all ridiculous, none of the other staff tried to help and all lied many times about calling me back. Now I discovered today that the other staff also had authorities to do my refund via Eftpos this whole time, but NO ONE never said this was an alternative, only offered bank transfer as an option, but I paid BY CARD! What a humiliation, GIVE MY MONEY BACK RIGHT NOW, YOU THIEFS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Laser Clinics in Takapuna today for some lip fillers and had Olive as my nurse. She was super informative and had an all around lovely demeanor. I ended up not being able to get the filler but she even offered to rebook me with her after hours or in her lunch break and was so incredibly sweet about the whole process. Genuinely one of the best interactions I’ve ever had with a nurse/technician and I’m beyond confident in my 5 star rating. She was an amazing nurse and an even lovelier person, would 10/10 recommend (and she had the prettiest eyes I’ve ever seen!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I can't rave enough about the ladies at this clinic. Have been going to them for a year and a half and they are all helpful, lovely, informative, and put you so at your ease. Hanna especially is a doll. The management/owners must be top notch cool because the staff are so nice. Amazing specials and the laser hair removal absolutely works. Will never go anywhere else.
