★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot recommend Manoj and his team highly enough. Very honest and reliable, fairly priced and very relationship orientated. Always willing to go the extra mile to fix any issues. Work is high quality. Manoj has done quite a bit for both of our cars. Wouldn't consider going elsewhere.

Manoj at Clearview motors went above and beyond expectations and saved me from a lot of potential issues. I had recently bought a car second hand and took it to clearview for a Wof. Manoj took a look and told us truthfully about the many issues with the vehicle and how much it would cost to fix. After this, Manoj went out of his own way and used his own free time to help us find a new car that's in good condition for our budget. He even lent us a courtesy car so we could collect the new car from the other side of the city, and if this wasnt enough Manoj even stayed open a couple extra hours just to help me out.
My whole experience with Clearview motors was fantastic, their customer service was flawless and Manoj's act of kindness and generosity is something I wont forget!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOULD GIVE 0 START IF I COULD! Would not recommend these guys. Was charged 50$ for making a diagnoses of the car. However, I was not told I would be charged until after the car had been looked at. Also the employee told me my car would need 2 things done to it and should not have a WOF. When I got a second opinion the mechanic said otherwise. Be aware when dealing with these guys.

Totally understand workers need to be paid. Just think communication and customer service needs to be improved as this was not stated initially. Lack of transparency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been taking all the cars in our family to Manoj and his team for probably 10 years. I have complete trust in them and would not take my car anywhere else. In all these years, we have never had a single problem with any work Manoj, Colin, and the team have done on our cars. They are incredibly honest and always happy to show you what the problem is, show you the damaged parts and why they need replacing. And they always give you a range of replacement options.
A friend was going to be charged hundreds of dollars for a WoF somewhere else, but Manoj fixed the problem for a fraction of the price. Once, while I waited, I saw a woman arrive with a rather new European car to ask for a second opinion, as the authorised dealer wanted to charge her nearly $2000 to fix a major problem in it. In a few minutes, Manoj proved to her that there was nothing wrong with it, and she was being deceived because the new vehicle warranty had expired. She left very happy, and did not need to spend a cent on the car.
They are great mechanics, very honest, and will always welcome you with a positive attitude. In fact, if I moved out of Auckland, I would be prepared to drive a few hundred km back to St Heliers to make sure they could continue to look after our cars. I have no doubt they provide the best and most affordable service in Auckland :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service on the phone. I had a car booked in for specific repair work that had been flagged during service elsewhere, and asked for the job to be viewed first to understand time frame for job and severity of issue.
I was shouted at down the phone and hung up on - they simply refused to talk with me about my options. Awful customer service and with so many automotive repair shops in the area I would recommend going elsewhere immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional mechanics. I knew my car needed some work and they itemised the cost and explained each item before undertaking the repairs. They also have advise on how to maintain certain parts if the car between services. Very reasonable for price as well. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most friendly and efficient mechanics I’ve found. Fast turnaround time, explained everything in depth, transparent with costs and timelines, clear and fast communication.
I turned up without prior notice because my coolant was leaking and within 15 minutes the team had offered me a courtesy car and given me an estimated time it would take to fix.
Throughout the process the team kept me updated with the car’s progress and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with the work they were doing.
Could not recommend them enough! Will be coming back for future work!
