β β β β β The lady vet was wonderful with my cat. Cleo is normally a really nervous cat but was really well behaved. Service was efficient and friendly. It made it a much more pleasant experience.

β β β β β I was nervous going to a new vet but the whole experience was quick and easy. My cat had been acting strangely and needed vaccinations. The vet was super nice, knowledgeable and made the experience as stress-free for my cat as possible. They answered all my questions with patience and expertise. The fee was about as I expected - I paid about $82 for consultation, vaccinations, and a small procedure. Thanks, Kohi, I will go back in future.

β β β β β I am new to Auckland and needed some advice about my pets vaccinations. I walked off the street to ask for some advice and the staff were more than happy to assist me. Everyone was very friendly even though I wasn't a current customer. I will be back when my pets need a service.

β β β β β Russell Tucker (the owner) is a horrible man. I am absolutely shocked at how I was spoken to over the phone. We took our puppy to another vet to have surgery as it was half the price. We wanted to get him checked up a few days later and asked Kohi vets (our main vet) if we could bring him in to have a look at due to being just around the corner from us. Russell Tucker spoke aggressively towards me and said I have to take him back to the other vet. I explained I just wanted to know if we could bring him to Kohi vet instead as that would be our preference and he raised his voice and said we cannot bring him in. He said to me "grow up you little girl" when I asked why he was being so rude and that I couldn't believe I was having a conversation like this with a grown man. Absolutely shocked to be honest. I was perfectly pleasant and polite and was just asking a question. What a horrible horrible man, will not be giving another cent to this awful man. Almost feel sorry for him.

β β β β β There's absolutely nothing friendly about the service at this vet. They are extremely rude and don't listen to their customers concerns. They didn't seem to care about the welfare of our elderly dog, they pretended to have a heart over the phone, but we're very unhelpful once we got there. Perhaps they didn't like my tattoos. They are obviously more interested about taking people's hard earned money, than caring for their animals. Don't ever take your pet here, there are many better vets to choose from in Auckland

β β β β β Great staff and vets, always knowledgeable and friendly...my girl is so relaxed and calm there, she never wants to leave Russell's consultation...he is an outstanding Veterinarian, an animal whisperer. I have been coming here for decades and would highly recommend to all in the area.

β β β β β We went to Tucker for our dog's top K9 that broke off. One vet was too far and of course the other was Tucker. We were unaware of any other vets that was able to help for what our dog needed, a cap, and we wanted a steel cap. Tucker was highly recommended. We were excited that someone was able to help. To our demise, we were told what we can and cannot do just because it's not what he (Tucker) wanted to do. So no more our dog, but his way because he's the only one that could perform the dental procedure so a big head was upon small shoulders. We got charged a heck of a lot. With his small ball syndrome he had an attitude. We were scared that he would deny our dog treatment if we said anything about what we wanted because he already wanted to pull out with the first half of the dental surgery due to us requesting what we wanted and he kept saying he knows what the dog needs. (He thinks he is doctor Doolittle)
I really feel that if he changed his demeanor and the way of treating clients (pet owners), he could really have a better relationship with a lot of people, however, I think with his attitude and the fact that he knows there isn't a lot of K9 tooth dental surgeons, he often step in and brag about fixing Lion teeth, but not look at the client in front of him.

β β β β β Hands down the kindest, easiest vet I've ever been to. The clinic is beautiful, the nurses are so lovely and easy to talk to, and I received a full explanation of what was going on with my cat's teeth and what the go to plan was. Vets are always going to be expensive but I can't argue with fees when the service is so high quality. Thank you so much team, we've got a new favourite and will definitely be back if we need to (:
