Multiple things were broken such as the heat pump, towel hanger etc. Despite of telling them that they never fixed it. At the end of the lease, a new representative came for inspecting and gave me a hard time about the same things broken? He didn't bring along with him old photos of the house so he was pretty unaware of the state of the house. Because we were pushed with time for jobs we decided to take on the rental anyway. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dealings with Gralin rentals as a tenant went very well which was very refreshing. They were prompt when any issue eventuated making for a smooth tenancy. Jasmine the property manager was very friendly and helpful through out the process and I would have no hesitation in recommending both Jasmine and Gralin to any future tenants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gralin is a great property management company. As a tenant living in their house, my property manager Jasmine Gao treats us very well. I am very happy with the living arrangements. She is honest and straight forward and very easy to deal with. Any issue with the house that comes up, regards to maintenance is always resolved quickly and to a high standard. They provide a very welcoming and hospitable environment for us. Really appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended at all, their property manager very unprofessional, not looking after the tenants they only want our rents, they send as a final inspection on the day on our move in indecating all things are good condition even those broken stuff of the property. Don't rent on them if you don't want to regret and get disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In our experience, the management doesn't communicate very well every time we email them. We moved out from our previous unit and have been emailing to ask them about our tenancy bond but haven't responded at all. We feel like this is unacceptable and unprofessional.
