β β β β β I know it's the only local hotel and restaurant in the township but sadly they failed in providing the catering that had been planned and discussed with them the day before and confirmed that day. In the end people who had pre booked, but not paid had to leave as it was taking too long for the food to come out. We were one of them. That equated to $70 for the meal only. Very unfortunate.

β β β β β I attended this pub for a workmate leaving dinner and drinks party and had the steak meal with couple of scallops and it was AMAZING! Also had a few with mates and joined in the Karaoke singing "Proud Mary"! What an awesome night! Highly recommend to all!
Again I dined here on the 11th of May 2017 for my graduation (from Massey uni) dinner with a few families & friends! Wow, I couldn't have been more happier! Staff were very friendly and accommodating ? And the place was decorated nicely and was private. The food was absolutely delicious, filling and value for your money, not to mention the drinks. I would definitely have any future private functions here. Loved every minute! Thanks Janelle Bishop & ladies at the Shannon pub, you girls are awesome! ?
