★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden gem in Shannon. We were looking for a cafe style lunch but so glad we settled on this bakery instead. It was fantastic and we would definitely stop there again! The garden setting was perfect and includes a baby changing table in the spacious and clean toillets. Plenty of bakery style food. I had a delicious lamb and kumars pie chocka full of tender meat and my friend a chicken panini. The mochas and eclairs were also perfect.
