★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charming little Malaysian restaurant where you least expect it, Nanyang Flavours offers delicious takes on classic dishes such as (but not limited to) hainan chicken and nasi goreng. There are also quirky dishes like marmite chicken, which are absolutely worth a try.
If you're ever passing through Shannon this is definitely a worthy lunch stop!

Friendly people at the helm, always warm and accommodating. Definitely worth the visit and a hidden gem in Shannon
