He really knows how the body works and how to get into those knots and release built up tension.
I highly recommend Chris for any muscle problems you may be experiencing too. For me he knows exactly how to work the muscles before a major running event and how to treat them afterwards for a full recovery.
I really can't recommend him highly enough.
