★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a whole apartment for a night just to get out of the house and when we checked in we were greeted by a guy, didn't catch his name but I think it was Robbo?? Ten outta ten, so welcoming and he stayed and chatted with us for ages. We felt so welcome and the room was so clean and warm. Couldn't get better service anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very long trip was looking forward to relaxing got to our room was fine but the other guests (I won't mention who but I'm guessing they were regulars as there was more then one) were loud talking loud laughing loud couldn't even sleep and this was 10:30 at night (and we had to get up early to travel again) I felt sorry for the other guests that were also staying there that night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In town for a tangi. The staff were warm and accommodating. They took they time to check on us in the middle of a remodel. This is our spot now in Invercargill anytime we visit. Thank you guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never stay here again :( The bed was super uncomfortable, the curtains were paper thin and couldn't block out the outside light that was on all night, the pillows may have well been two sheets of cardboard sandwiched in a pillowcase, and there was no fan or heatpump (it was quite hot when I stayed). Also there was no SOAP. In this day and age... Hand soap is a must... Could never find anyone at reception to ask for some. Was going to give 2 stars because the room at least appeared clean but when we were leaving we found a mouldy tooth brush under the bed :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was quite excited as this accommodation had a high rating but turned out to be the exact opposite. Had to wait about an hour in the cold just for the receptionist or owner to check us in after telling us they we “5-10 minutes away”. We didn’t get the original room we asked for, the fridge was unclean ( more than a few inches of ice stuck in the freezer section ), and the bathroom floor was flooded. It was very unsatisfactory and completely horrible. As a housekeeper for a motel myself, I was horrified at the state of the rooms and the service. Would never come here again and would give 0 stars if I could.
