About Be Lively Pilates
Born and raised in Brazil, Amanda has always enjoyed an active lifestyle.
She graduated in Physical Education and post-grad specialisation in Exercise Physiology and Resistance Training. Amanda began her full time career in personal training in 2007, and she has designed health and life performance programmes for working professionals, people rehabilitating from injuries, and athletes.
The discovery of Pilates excited her, as it's a discipline that promotes both mental and physical health.
In 2011 she graduated as a Pilates Instructor from Hearts and Bones Comprehensive Instructor Training Programme and since then she has been working with Pilates beside many great instructors.
As her Pilates journey begins she realised that her education had only just begun and she has pursued her personal and professional practice.
Amanda's goal as a teacher is to educate people through conscious movement to help them to create positive change.
