Arrived 12 noon public holiday, six patients waiting, advised approx 1 hour wait time. Agreed and made $95 payment in advance to see GP. Waited 1hr 45min before a nurse took blood pressure & temperature then told me to sit and wait for GP. Gave up after 2.5 hours waiting and asked for refund, only to be told that the $95 fee is not refundable because they charge full fee when nurse has been seen. (For some reason the doctor visit has no value). If you have the option avoid this place, the service is atrocious and the scam that has a nurse meeting all patients prior to GP so that poor GP attendance cannot be addressed by way of customer refund is unbelievable.

Last couple of visits were absolutely fantastic. Today's visit saw a different doctor who appeared not to know what to say with her favourite line "I don't know" to most of my questions. She kept suggesting seeing the doctor I saw last (who is currently on leave hence seeing another doc) even though I would have assumed his notes on the system would be picked up by the next doctor; I wouldn't know their process but I am very disappointed at having wasted my time and money today only to be referred back to the doctor who saw me last. And not pleased at all with the service provided by today's doctor. I believe I should have been informed in the very beginning to remain with the same doctor.

I was disappointed when I took my mother for a pre-booked appointment this week to be told at the reception desk that the fees had increased a 'few days ago'. Whilst happy to pay to see a GP, I feel that we should have been informed of the proposed increase in fees when we booked the appointment 2 weeks before. Especially as it was a follow up requested by the GP to see how she had further improved following treatment. We had already paid for two previous appointments at $60 per time and this one on Wednesday 28th Dec cost her $150. I am also disappointed at the rate of the increase of fees. I think that more than double the fees is a bit steep to have taken place in one increase. The online chart of costs have not been changed, nor had the information board in the surgery in Wellsford at the time of her visit. My mother paid the $150 as requested but was a bit shocked at the price for a minimal consultation. She is a UK resident currently and understood that the cost was for a non-enrolled, non-resident patient consult, but as previously stated, it had increased by $90 in a week. I would suggest that future price increases are advertised by the practice prior to coming into effect and that any changes are also made to online and in-house information boards for people to see as there was also a slight confusion on our part as the board in the reception desk showed the previous charges.

Wow wish there was a zero star. Save yourself time and money and go to one of the warkworth surrounding surgeries instead. Experience was so bad I am moving my whole family to a different surgery. Unprofessional doctors that don't slow down to listen. Saw a lady doc who had me out the door before I even got a chance to explain what was going on. And charged me $60 for a 1 minute consultation that didnt solve the issue I was there for.

Can't get hold of receptionist by phone. Elderly may not have access to patient portal for appointment. This is an extreme barrier to health care for the vulnerable.

Use the My Healt App... they send message that all done for my repeats and can pick up from Chemist on 17th. Husband goes all way to wellsford today 21st and no prescription. Ring Doctors and oh sorry we didnt send the email.Sonowi have to go all way to wellsford to get it. For that they charge you $19!

My knee injury was diagnosed as a contusion by Neil Anderson after a five minute consultation on two seperate occasions at Wellsford. After 12 months of re-injury and a great deal of unnecessary pain, I finally sought professional advice in Auckland and was quickly diagnosed as having a medial meniscus injury that required surgery. It's obvious that "Doctor" Anderson couldn't care less about his patients, and as such, I would highly recommend avoiding him like the plague.

I went to see dr regarding my son's eye infection. I waited 5 months for a call from eye specialist but didn't hear anything and my son's eye is getting worse because of blocked eye duct. On the day of appointment, he got bit of cold which i mentioned while taking appointment for dr paul. Waited for 2 weeks for his appointment and when i finally went there , the lady on the reception is like we can't see dr paul because of dr's health concern and she will put my son in queue with other doctor. When any doctor will be free , he/she will see my son until we will have to wait in isolation room. What the hell.... why i waited for 2 weeks and why with other doctor. Then i should do walk in and see any doctor. Does not make any sense. I walked from there without seeing any doctor. I don't recommend specifically for children.
