★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good medical centre. Heard the doctor's fees are high here. My normal doctors is Coastcare Red Beach. I had to have cancer checkup and small skin sample taken to be sent off to the lab. Lucky I went though The hospital board they paying all medical fees.Now have to play the waiting game for tests to come back. Thanks Dr Andrew Webster for helping me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My personal feeling is that the staff don't show much compassion and understanding or listen to your queries and respond a yes or no or elaborate and ask questions when you discussing medical matters, leaving the customer talking and not listening is very unprofessional. Your computer is a hardware device and can wait before you type away, listen to the customer first and respect their feelings as they human, the computer can wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had one good experience here with a doctor in person but everything else has been very poor. I have had incorrect prescriptions sent to pharmacies twice; and had requests for further help for health issues met with dismissive responses. Repeat prescription requests put through via their recommended portal have to be chased up with a phone call and I was surprised to receive a $40 invoice for this (non-urgent) request. Fee information around repeat prescriptions is unclear.
