★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would just like to take the time to thank Carolyn smale for today! She listened to everything I had to say, she even stated to follow up with her personally if my symptoms continued. No screwing about had me do blood tests and my other test she was really gentle and making sure I was ok. We even had a bit of a giggle. Was really happy with my appointment. The lady I spoke to at reception was lovely aswell! All around great experience.
