★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with our order tonight. Placed a phone order only to turn up and they had forgotten our fish so while that was cooking everything else went cold. They charged us for the wrong order too. We ordered 2 crumbled tarahiki and 2 battered sausages to find when we got it home that we had battered fish and normal sausages which means we were over charged. Such a shame as our last visit there the food was good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last night we bought the $18 dollar pack and it has overcooked chips. And absouloutley no chips we probably had 1 and a half scoop of chips in there. We wanted to swap the sausages for hot dogs and they told us it would be $3 extra to put batter and a stick on them like really. Apart from that fish was crunchy and good. Probably wont come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a bit of a joke. Long waiting times they said 25 mins my order camer after 45 mins. Chips not salted and cold. Potato fritters like rubber pucks, Burger was good. I will try elsewhere next time. Thanks for an average experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked if they had crumbed fish, said they did. Great. Ordered 3 crumbed fish. Got home, unwrapped and it's just battered. Got charged extra for more expensive fish for nothing ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably slow and disorganised. I was told 25 min wait, only after paying for my order. 45 mins later and still no food. Cleanliness of kitchen and prep area leaves a lot to be desired also
