Very displeased with my encounter and will not be using them in any future endeavours.

I would NOT recommend using this firms services.
Waiting months for Brett to reply is very unprofessional and their actions, or lack of, create further problems and costs, which they directly benefit from.

Can you please confirm who you are acting on behalf of?
Are you acting as a Trustee, or lawyer for Janette or something else?
This should be an easy question to answer.
We have been chasing this up since Oct 2019, and recently with emails from last month, and this month. Can you please also explain why none of this has been recorded in the resolutions?
You have also not fully addressed our email from Dec 2021. Can you please explain how using derogatory names is in the interest of beneficiaries?
Can you also please clarify when the invitations will be sent out? We note that they are in the resolutions but there has been no communication about this either.
