★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with the service from the beginning, the older lady had no personality, no conversation not even a thanks when I paid and I said Thank-you, nothing from her at all! Brownie tasted old, wasn’t warmed?? Dirty chai was very weak? Surely large dirty chai would get a double shot??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great ciabatta here and a nice americano. The venue has a great outdoor area and considerable indoor seating. With a good selection of food it would be a great place to meet friends. Worth noting this is also a very good central location.

Fridge not pan fried! It was advertised on a board looks Delish on board picture but who wants bread and cold mushrooms. Sour dough not toasted. The service was appalling they need to change staff around the girl that served us had her head down no eye contact no conversation - wrong person. Coffee bought to us just placed down no eye contact. Wrong person serving customers. The team working there was no conversation no vibe. Sad as I know so many cafe staff enjoy working as a team. Disappointed for a Sunday brunch! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a local I love this place. However, lately I have noticed that they keep changing their hours. Used to be open till 10pm now sometimes they close at 6pm. Also came today at 12.30pm and their food cabinet was quite empty, I have noticed it's often hit and miss with what they have avail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Itz coffee culture which is well famous. Nothing wrong with any coffee they have made for me so far. But today (18/10/2021) I visited them. The indoor seats were fully occupied. So the only option was to go outdoor. So had to. They even had no shade. Had to drink the coffee in burning sun which totally did not help. So just drank the coffee but couldn't enjoy my coffee today at Coffee Culture. This review is not for coffee being bad. It is just good as they usually are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unwelcoming staff from the beginning- the person on the counter figured out my guest was hard of hearing yet continued to look down at the till while speaking which then words sounded very mumbled under his face mask. Unaccompanied tables were full of dirty dishes and there were no clean tables to sit at inside when we arrived. We ordered and sat at the cleanest looking empty table- Our coffees arrived and I asked for the table to please be cleared and wiped, I was told that I should've asked for the table to be sanitized before we sat down. Vaccine passes were never asked to be sighted yet scanned. Not super impressed by this Coffee Culture, bit of a let down really- A shame as other branches I have visited have been great, no problems
