★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cafe was pumping! Lots of people and yet staff were calm and professional. Plenty of seating options both inside and out. I was prepared to wait for my meal seeing how busy it was but it came out promptly and was served to me fresh and hot!! Really enjoyed our experience. Look forward to returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for a different vibe? The Addington Coffee Coop is a place to visit. Great coffee ☕ looks like a good selection of cabinet and off the menu food. They also have a Trade Aid style shop that you need to see rather than I write about. Parking around the back of cafe if you are lucky

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is fresh and quality is outstanding. The menu has a wide variety of options for different dietary preferences and the cabinet food varies frequently and never gets boring. I suggest being careful about timing as the place is usually extremely busy and can be very difficult to get a table, but this just goes to show how popular the place is.
Prices are a little steep but then so is just about everywhere else, and you pay for the quality. While the staff are rushed off their feet, they are friendly and the service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed my time here beautiful rustic interior, the man that walks around greeting every table is so friendly and such an awesome guy to have a chat with. I had a delicious meal that arrived in less then 10 minutes at my table on Mother’s Day, I can’t believe it less then 10 minutes. I’m shook, such a lovely breakfast and coffee to enjoy in a busy but great atmosphere. Thank you! ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our favourite spot for brunch. Staff are exceptional (I never say this) and food is great. They have a decent selection both in the cabinet and on the menu. Spacious, so you don't have to worry about not getting a table even when it's busy - one eventually pops up. 5 stars all round.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few cafes in Christchurch where you can choose a comfortable seat. From wooden chairs and tables to large bars to comfortable sofas. Food never has to wait long. Good coffee and food. Bruce is always happy. Regardless of the weather, it is a good place to simply have a cup of coffee. One of my favorite cafes in town.
