★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were well looked after with nice coffee. We felt the food wasn't up to the surroundings or the quality of the coffee as the muffin and scone were very dry. It was nice sitting outside in the sheltered area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very good customer service here unfortunately. Ordered coffee and banana bread, coffee came, had to wait ages for bread to come. Finally went in to see where it was...disappointed. the service here used to be great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been working in Timaru this last month and has been my go-to for coffee and food. The Spinach/Cream Cheese scroll is ? had about 20 haha. Disappointingly went today and ordered a chicken bacon filo and received a mushroom filo and can’t stand mushrooms. The line was out the door and was very busy so didn’t have time to let staff know. Left uneaten. Apart from that one of the best 5 star cafes in Timaru.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poor costumers service i place an order for 3 people that included 3scones and 3 drinks and when the cashier told me the price it sounded a little light because we normally eat here regularly and i know the normal price so i asked her to repeat the order for me but she became irritated and reluctantly confirmed the order for 3 drinks and 3 scones. I paid for the order and went to the table .We received 3 drinks and 2 scones at the table so my husband went up and inquired after the 3rd scone but was told we didn’t receive the 3rd scone because it wasn’t registered in the till.I wanted to complain but there were too many people in the que and everybody was busy. seriously annoyed costumers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had better service elsewhere. Shrug of shoulders when we asked for something to stop the table from rocking. Also a smoothie was served in a plastic takeaway tumbler even though we were having food there.

Not too sure why their internet was out.
Cash only Saturdays?
Lucky I always carry a lazy 50 or we would've gone somewhere else.......
