β β β β β Today I am spending a little bit time to give my compliments to the young lady who did my nails few days ago. I went to this salon and wanted a full set of acrylic and Gel pedicure. I was so lucky to have the young girl to do my acrylic nails carefully. I was impressed about her personality and her skills. She is very gentle and caring , asked me how i felt when she was doing the nails that made me feel I have been looked after very well. The Full set is absolutely beautiful with the painting and looks natural, my friends thought they are my real nails. My pedicure was very nice and she has tidied them up so carefully with beautiful massage , I felt like I had new beautiful toes. She gave some advice on how to look after my nails that made me very happy because she does the job with all her heart and cares about customers a lot. I can not remember her name I am not sure if her name is Helen or not? I will ask her next time when I get my nails done by her. She always smiles, does good job and knows how to make customers happy. I definitely come back and get my nails done by her only.

β β β β β I went there expecting really good service but no, first I booked for 12 and started at 12:35, then the lady that I had was really rough I thought she was going to hit me with file, and I felt really bad for the workers as the boss was so rude to them. Never going back.

β β β β β Tried to book in multiple times, through facebook aswell and all the appointments get cancelled and never go through when i call. Wouldnβt recommend bad communication (Timaru Location).

β β β β β Went in expecting good service, wow was I wrong. Firstly, I booked at 11:30, and had to wait until 12:15 for them to start. Secondly, I had one lady start on my nails, and the 10 minutes after she started she left and I had to wait for another 20 minutes just sitting there. Once I got my second lady, I once again was left sitting there for 20 minutes wondering if I will ever get my nails finished, and then a different lady again finished my nails off. I paid $70 for some cheaply done nails, will never come again.

β β β β β Today I went for my gel nail manicure and I was so happy with the result, the wee girl called Seniorita from Nepal who did my nail was amazing and she did it very nicely the way I want it and I highly recommend the Touch of Elegance, Timaru. 8/04/22. Thanks a lot.

β β β β β I have been several times before and had reasonably good service but after my last appointment in Timaru I will not be back. The shop was filthy, walls were dirty, cobwebs all over ceiling, untidy/spilling/dirty products spread around, the massage chair controls were broken with exposed wire and technician had to wiggle the wires around to get it going. My technician was unenthused and done a rubbish job of my pedicure, cutting my toe, and was a terrible massage. I was then rushed out before the polish was set and was ruined. In the past this has been a lovely treat with great service but maybe it has changed hands. A horrible experience. ?

This was a very uncomfortable experience and I left feeling gutted with the way my acrylic nails turned out. The boss was very rude and bossy towards me and the other staff. The table was filthy with nail clippings and nail polish from a previous client. The technician looked like she really did not want to be there and rushed my whole nail process. She used KIDS NAIL GLUE that looked cheap and she was very rough while filing. She sighed and rolled her eyes when I asked her to fix the shape and polish that had hairs and bubbles in it, and simply just painted over them which looked terrible. I ended up buying a file and shaping them properly myself. I understand everyone has bad days but there is a level of professionalism that needs to be followed and this place was very unhygienic and the staff were very rude. Would not recommend!! (Timaru)
