★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely spot, beautiful view, awesome staff and the grounds were very tidy. Breakfast was delicious and the muesli was home made! Really loved it and would recommend as a good economy option when in Whangarei. Did I mention the super helpful staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly. Good that it has sky sport so did not miss my NRL games. The hot water was all over the place from scalding to ice cold and shower head was too low for the Mrs to wash her hair. Not enough parking for the number of rooms.

The restaurant always delivers quality & quantity.
Immaculately clean & each time we visit you can see they are trying to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just have a lovely 4 night stay here. Everything was fantastic. Raewyn and her staff are so accommodating. Food is awesome and the service is just right. Always feel at home when ever I stay. I will defiantly be back to stay again. Keep up the great work team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to be at a family Christmas gathering before lunch time and so we arrived at the hotel around 1100 in the hope of being able to at least check-in. The manager was kind enough to not only let us check-in, but also she gave us the room key so we could drop off our bags.
I found all of the staff extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A massive thank you to Raewyn and her team for making our stay such a lovely one! All staff were friendly, accommodating and professional. Our room was large, clean and fresh with comfortable bedding. It had a balcony overlooking the pool & gardens with a view of the harbour. In the restaurant my morning flat white was delicious the food was amazing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. I also loved having my meals from the kitchen delivered to my room. Only took 15min from the time I ordered, to the time it got to my room. My bathroom hadn't been reset properly upon arrival but nothing worth complaining about. The price of the room was definitely overpriced. If you don't absolutely require a bigger room, get the smaller one. It isn't really worth the added cost. Otherwise I'd happily stay again. Aircon was a life saver

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Staff. Hands down, the staff interaction with guests is on point. The restaurant serves amazing food. The room was nice and tidy, with great water pressure, but it lacked a 5 star feel. We had a door between rooms and felt there was a little "noise leakage" However, I understand the hotel was fully booked, and we were grateful to have a room. The view is nice, and the balcony is a relaxing place to sit with a coffee.
We are locals and regularly frequent the restaurant. The staff and the food make it. You guys are awesome.
