★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolutely love Onerahi Fish and chips.
We especially love their Kumra chips! Those are so good. Slightly sweet and salty... They are soft, never crispy, which some people may not care for. But we think the taste is so good, it doesn't matter how squishy they are. If you love crispy chips, these aren't for you.
The fish here is also delicious. Snapper is my fave, but we usually get a couple of different kinds of fish to share. I don't think we've ever had a bad kind of fish from here... It's always been a very good experience.
The employees are very nice and helpful.
Overall, if you get a hankering for fish n chips, I definitely recommend Onerahi Fish and chips! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rather ordinary. The batter on the hot dogs was tough and chewy. Fish and chips were the best part. Good points for not being overly greasy.
I usually use Happy Town a few doors down, but they were closed.
Average for portions, quality.
Shop was busy, so customers must be good with coming back for return business

The Chips were undercooked, soggy, and bland. the Hotdog was swimming in tomato sauce and the paper from the bag they put it in was completely soaked through leaving unwanted sauce on the chips, the paper bag stuck to the hotdog, which was tasteless (definitely needs the sauce which i had to scrape off to get the paper off it) the hot dog was also cold in the middle. Cheeseburger, more carrot and wilted lettuce than meat or cheese and an under-ripe green slice of tomato, which was sour and solid to chew very dry and no flavour to speak of. meat patty like cardboard. Banana fritter, dripping with oil and the oil STUNK. these guys are not cleaning their fryers regularly. This was the worst food I have eaten EVER. Never again. DISGUSTING
