★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our dog Ruby gets so excited when it is daycare day. The carers are amazing with how they engage the dogs. Ruby is exhausted after a full day. Definitely her happy place ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok so I get that we are in level 2 and you folks are short staffed but that is no reason to treat potential customers like rubbish.
Wanted to get some training and sort out daycare for my boy. Phone always went on voicemail and we left numerous messages - no one ever got back to us. We decided to go ask in person
- all we got was a very angry person who shooed us away with no explanation. Maybe these people are too busy and don't value new customers. I'll take my business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a happy dog coming home! She didn't even want to get in the car and come home! When she got home she was knackered and passed out. The team was very friendly and gave me updates on my dog during the day. Highly recommend!

They also post a lot of photos on the Facebook Page every day so you can see what they’ve been up to over the day

One question I would pose to ask is the name 'Complete Canine Care' would imply complete care for all k9's however you as mentioned on the phone do not care for entire dogs and there is no mention of this in your web page...some thing to take into consideration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing dog carers. Took our dog in for her first day today. They kept us up to date, went above and beyond to keep her comfortable, gave us a nice booklet with a report of her day and even a nice little picture.
Our dog will definitely be going back and would recommend Complete Canine Care to all dog owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi went there for a trial day with my beautiful girl Darling (staffy x) who has attended day care most of her life I moved out epsom way so needed to find a new one
When going to day care my dog is very varbal
Because she is scared once she gets to know you she’s very sweet and trusting I have had darling for the past 6 years and she has never bitten nor hurt anyone or anything !
Once coming in to the day care obviously she was nervous it’s smells horrible in there so so would I
The lady who was going to do our trail with us approached and just stood there intimidating my dog only after a few min she went down on her knees , if there had been any affront put in Darling would respond but just standing there over her doesn’t really help and then your only words to be is maybe get behavioural Traning and I half wish I had said yeah and go get some dog Training done, if you had showed any experience it would of deescalated , But that’s okay not the first time a establishment has been discriminating towards her breed cheers ?
