This beautiful waterfall is part of Omeru reserve located over Kaipara Coast highway and is difficult to miss in plain sight on the roadside from a moving vehicle in normal traffic. Easily accessible.
Detailed description and maps for reserve are provided over the boards near entrance.
Well maintained. Clean and obstacle free walkways.
Omeru waterfall is the bigger waterfall in the reserve.
Seating and benches are provided at regular distances around the reserve for taking rest and enjoying the views.
Good place for quick visit or a leisure walk on a clear day.
The reserve is dog friendly.
A good place to do a get-together or organise a picnic on a clear day.
Spacious parking area is available around the entrance. Dedicated wheelchair parking is not available and entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
Public restroom is available near parking space.
