β β β β β 30 minutes after the store opened today the young man was still getting ready for customers. I needed about 1 minute of his time to purchase an item. When he finished getting the till ready he wanted to finish a computer repair task for someone who "would come in later". Nice young man, and technically capable, but the store needs to help their staff with 1) prioritizing tasks and 2) a quicker start to the business day. Maybe they need a second staff member on weekends.
29/7 . Thanks for your reply and your call CompuHub. I have also previously noted a strong attention to detail. I felt in hindsight that my response was a bit severe for a one-off situation.

β β β β β CompuHub did the IT fit out in our Float Clinic. The service was excellent and on time. Our float tanks require a very specific network set up and CompuHub delivered. We also rely on our internet being up 100% of the time during business hours and when it went down a couple of days ago, Thinus came out immediately and was here within 5 minutes - problem solved. Great service.
